Crisisworks 5

Final testing of Crisisworks 5 migrations are currently underway with the roll out to councils expected in the coming weeks. Some councils may elect to upgrade before Christmas, but we expect most to be in the new year.

Note:  All your existing Crisisworks data will carry across to the new Crisisworks 5 platform. We will send a newsletter update next week with a guide to how the upgrade will roll out, including some preparation you can do on your site to prepare.

Here’s some of the improvements and new features:

  • New! Crisisworks 5 is on a whole new platform, it’s faster, more resilient and offers greater scope for improvements and new features in the future.

  • New! Single Crisisworks site for all, making it easier to work across more than one council

  • New! Information Security measures, include SSO (Single Sign On), MFA (multi factor authentication) and virus scanning of all attachments.

  • New! Request tasks - break down requests into actionable tasks.

  • New! Simplified Resources management offers more flexibility and a simplified approach, including the ability to allocate Offers and Volunteers.

  • Additional! Communications features, generate one off letters and reports for individual records such as Recovery Cases and Fire Prevention records.

  • Improved! Additional functionality and resilience for the mobile app

  • Enhanced search and filtering features

  • and more…
