Step by Step
- Type in your Username Email & Password into the boxes on the left and click the Login button.
- Scroll down and click on the I agree button to accept the Terms & Conditions
- Select one or more of your positions to go on duty, and click Go On Duty.
- You are now logged in.

Crisisworks supports multiple, simultaneous events. If, when you log in, you decide to go on duty across multiple events, you will default to viewing "All Participating Events". If on the other hand, you select positions in only one event, that event will be selected as the current event. You can change this after logging in if this is not suitable.
First time users
The first time you log in, a message will appear at the bottom of the page asking you to complete your profile. This message will appear until you update your profile. See Edit your Profile for more information.

Recovering your password
If you have lost or do not know your password, you can reset it using the following steps.

Once your password has been updated successfully you will see a confirmation message, and you can login with your username email and your new password.
Notes
- The email sent by the system contains a reset code, not a password.
- If you don't receive an email, you may not have an account on the system that uses that email address.
- If you have multiple accounts that share the same email address, then the email will list each account with a separate reset code. Be sure to use the correct reset code for the account you are trying to reset.
- Passwords need to be at least 8 characters long, with a mix of upper & lowercase letters and numbers.

Signing Out
It is a good idea to Sign Out of Crisisworks once you have finished working with it for security reasons.
Closing your Crisisworks browser tab or window does not automatically log you out of Crisisworks.
