This release contains minor improvements and fixes to the FPN Merge functionality:
- fix with generating letters when no Asset Contacts exist
- minor fix to Asset Imports using SHP files

It’s spring-time in Melbourne, and to celebrate we have the first of a number of exciting releases over the next three months.
Crisisworks 4.19 has the following improvements:
NEW: Mail merging now supports multiple property owners, with each receiving their own customised letter.
IMPROVED: Mail merge PDF generation has been improved based on usage and experience gained from 4.18 — thanks for our early adopters. You can consult our wiki guide for more information on writing great templates.
IMPROVED: When publishing information to “all off duty personnel in matching positions”, all matching users now receive the notice irrespective of their on-call status.
IMPROVED: When going on and off duty, the system is now better at selecting the default current event.
IMPROVED: On mobile devices, you can tap phone numbers or email addresses in contact records to call or email that contact.
IMPROVED: Email address is now shown on the user datagrid, and the External ID field has been moved into the Advanced fieldset to clean up the user form.
CHANGED: When importing users, users are now added to the Global Contact Directory by default. This aligns the import system with the user interface.
The release also contains other minor bug fixes.
This release contains minor improvements and fixes to the FPN Merge functionality:
- Added a new field to FPN register called Override Owner Details allowing users to override who the FPN Generated letter is addressed to
- Improved error messaging for saving merge templates
- Modified saving the letter head in the merge template to have a higher quality output
- Modified all margin override fields in the merge template to use mm instead of cm
- Changed the inspectionPhotos token to use media token in the template and updated sampleHTML
- Fixed the preview of the merge template to use an FPN item from the current event
This release contains some minor improvements and additions which include:
- Fixes and improvements to Fire Prevention Merge functionality
- fixed when selecting all records from the Datagrid
- improvements around success and waiting to merge messages
- Rename Expired counter for Information records to Overdue
- External ID only showing on Contact register
