This release new functionality to assist with management of Penalty Unit increases via FEIMS:

• Add new Penalty Unit register where the penalty unit base amount and to and from dates can be set
• Add a new 'Penalty Units' field to Offence Types to set the number of penalty units which applied to each Offence Type
• Fine amount set for a penalty are now calculated as a function of the number of penalty units for an Offence Type and the Penalty Unit base fine amount for the date of the Offence.

Minor bugfix release:

• Fixed UI issue preventing positions from being removed from events, even when unassigned.

With this release, we are pleased to introduce the new import Assets tool and the ability to create new items when in "All Participating Events" mode.

• Asset import functionality via Setting>Internals>Import Data enabling the user to import various import types based on predefined Crisisworks Asset data structure. Visit Importing Assets into Crisisworks for instructions on how to import data into Crisisworks.
• Addition of a Import Field Mappings page.
• Allow add and edit from All Participating Events.
• Fix bug with incorrect Position id's when managing groups.
