A Global Contact Directory feature, which optionally maintains a synchronised contact item for each
Crisisworks user and organisation. Any updates to details of users and organisations included in the Global Contact Directory are synchronised to the linked contact item.
Changed
Crisisworks requests, offers and information items use linked contact items to represent requestor, offerer and source details respectively. The user interface for specifying these details has been updated for clarity, with separate options for selecting an existing contact, adding a new contact and selecting the current user as a contact.
