As of Crisisworks ,4 positions can be tailored to have different levels of access.
If you have made a change to a position or feel that the security system is not working the way it should, you can force Crisisworks to recalculate the security setting for the user.
Note: You can use the built-in security policies available to give positions extra access and functionality.
If you are editing your own account then you may need to try 2 things to get your browser to accept the new changes
- Select “Reload Form Definitions” from your own user menu and try your next action to test it.
If No 1 doesn’t work there are two options to recalculate the security permissions for the user
- Sign out of the current event and sign back into the event as two separate actions; or
- Sign out & go off duty then sign in again
- This will recalculate all security permissions from scratch for each event you are on duty for
