Communication Recipient Groups

Some new functionality is available allowing you to add “groups” of recipients to the Recipients search box.

There is now the option for you to add the following recipient groups when entering Recipients for a Communication Message:

All On-Duty in Current Event - automatically populates the Delivery Preview with all of the users on duty in the current event.
Contacts Internal Distribution - automatically populates the Delivery Preview with any contact that has their classification to “Internal Distribution”
Contacts External Distribution - automatically populates the Delivery Preview with any contact that has their classification to “External Distribution”
Position xxx in event xxx - all positions in all events have been added as recipient groups allowing you to choose any position in any event and all of the users currently on-duty in that position for the event will be added to the Delivery Preview. For example “User Administrator in event Zombie Invasion” will add all users currently on-duty as User Administrators in the Zombie Invasion event.
