If you are editing your own account then you may need to try 2 things the following to get your browser to accept the new changes
- Select “Reload Form Definitions” from your own user menu and re-try your next action to test it.
If No 1 this doesn’t work there are two options to recalculate the security permissions for the user
- Sign out of the current event and sign back into the event as two separate actions; or
- Sign out & go off duty then sign in again
- This will recalculate all security permissions from scratch for each event you are on duty for.
