We are pleased to announce the roll-out of Crisisworks 4.26, which is a major release that include a number of improvements around Asset Contacts.
Key improvements
Asset Contact import improvements:
the speed has been dramatically improved for asset contact imports with most imports taking approximately 10 minutes to run.
once the import has completed we are now performing counts of how many contacts matched assets and how many properties and parcels do not have any matching contacts.
Asset Contacts are now doing real time lookups. This means when your weekly Vicmap assets are updated, any new assets will automatically match existing contacts if the asset code matches.
Asset Contact reports - there are 3 new asset contact reports available to run for users with permission to view asset contacts:
Asset Contacts
allows you to view your asset contacts filtered by a criteria
Asset Contacts with no matching Assets
view what contacts do not match any assets in your database
Assets with no Matching Contacts
view what assets have no contacts associated with them.
