This release contains minor improvements and fixes:

  • Requests that are assigned to a user can now be set to unassigned by setting the request status back to Requested. 
  • Functionality was added to allow searching for records by multiple tags (comma separated)

Now, when searching Crisisworks, you can search for cases having all tags, or any tags, in the following way:
  • To search for records having any tags, simply comma-separate the tags: e.g. "wheelchair, inspection" will show all cases tagged with either wheelchair or inspection.
  • To search for records having all tags, add a "+" to the start. For example, "+wheelchair, inspection" will show only cases that have both tags.

    • allows filtering by id and tag
    • saves the PDF with a friendly filename
