This release contains the following new functionality to assist with KDR access to FEIMS as well as other general updates and bug fixes

KDR Adaptations

Adapted FEIMS to suit the KDR User Stories.

  • Created new KDR specific positions KDR Authorised Officer, KDR Shift Supervisor and KDR Manager and relevant security policies. Further details at /wiki/spaces/KB/pages/45514832.
  • Created a new KDR specific patrol template.
  • Creation a new KDR specific global event for documentation.
  • Creation of a new Translink specific global event for documentation.
  • The ability to assign positions to Offence Types. This restricts Offence Types visibility to users with the assigned position when entering Interactions as a SNO or KDR Authorised Officer.
  • Report customisation as requested. The creation of 6 new reports and updated security policies that dictates report access.

Key Bug Fixes & Improvements

Addressed various service desk tickets including: 

  • #339291 -  Address issue with searching Notices by Offence Code.
  • #339184 - Resolve issue with incorrect results being returned when searching Offenders by date of birth.
  • #339156 & #338355 - Fix issue with incorrect Interaction counters on the mobile app.

System Improvements

Core system software has been upgraded from 4.5 to 4.9, which includes:

  • Improvements when working in "All Participating Events" mode
  • Improved Internet Explorer compatibility
  • Numerous fixes and improvements to the web user experience
  • Full-text search improvements to documentation
  • Performance and security improvements
