Mobile Application 

When using iOS and Android native app, you can access help via the menu. Use the hamburger menu button to access the menu, under Account section there is a Help menu which links to Crisisworks Online Support.

Web Application

When using the web application version of Crisisworks, you can access help via the main menu. This contains direct links to:

  • Feedback & Support - where you can lodge a service desk ticket
  • What's New - where you can find a list of recent changes and updates
