Crisisworks 4.15 released
On Friday May 25, Datalink released Crisisworks 4.15 to all customers. This release brings a number of improvements, along with an important major feature.
EMV Recovery Portal Reporting
This release brings a beta integration to EMV for post-impact Recovery Portal Reporting, with lead customers Corangamite and Moyne using the service to electronically prepare and submit recovery statistics to EMV.
This system will become the preferred way to easily prepare and submit statistics to EMV for any new incidents. Councils current reporting into to EMV’s Recovery Portal should contact EMV or Datalink to see whether they can use this feature for their current requirements.
Other improvements
Added detailed reporting to the State-Wide Fire Prevention module
Improved CSV exporter to export computed labels rather than internal values
Fixed bug with Activity Log not displaying on iPad
Improved the audit report to contain more detail in a way that is more easily consumed
Added a file attachment report
Created a service-desk command to export large datasets beyond Crisisworks UI limits
Fixed report grouping where the first value is NULL
UnitingCare: added search filter for staff name, added contact date, added counter for location/hub
For Recovery Private Asset Types, renamed label to "A Primary Place of Residence" to bring it to the top of the list
For Recovery Infrastructure Types, renamed labels “Facility” to “Council Facility”, and “Property” to “Council Property”
Modified Recovery damage lookup labels: “Habitable/Functioning” is now “Damaged - Habitable / Functioning”, and “Unknown” is now “Unknown - Requires Attention”. A 6th option has been added called Not Damaged.
These improvements come as a direct result of customer feedback, so thank you to everyone that has reached out to work more closely with us to improve Crisisworks for all users.
Thanks for your continued use of Crisisworks, and please get in touch if you have feedback (positive or negative), problems or suggestions you’d like to contribute.
