This series of releases contains a number of improvements to application stability and functionality and has been released to all customers.

Fix for viewing global registers in events not containing that register (you can now see reference items no matter which event is selected)
Created a new migration to fix the problems with zero-sized reference item attachments for customer migrating from CW3
Fixed stalling mail merge
Fixed incorrect flash message on entry to the mail merge UI about a missing template
Fixed crash logging in for some users
Requests will mark the completed flag to 100% upon setting the status to resolved
