This release contains the following improvements:

• Tag filters on Register Item Datagrids now filtering correctly
• Information notifications are only sent when marked as an announcement.
• Option to bypass on duty user's notification settings  when sending an announcement now works as expected.

• FIxed issue where by selected Event Risk Level was not being saved correctly against the Event.
