Using our Service Desk Support Form, you can upload data securely up to 10 MB in size
Within Crisisworks, you can upload an attachment (up to 100 MB) into a private library record and then include that wiki page in a support ticket
Check the level of access for the event that the library record is added to
For larger transfers, Datalink supports SFTP and SCP — contact our service desk to arrange access.
